Key Responsibilities

  • All India Operations Executive – B2B Car Rental:
    • Operations Management:
      • Oversee day-to-day vehicle allocation and dispatch operations across multiple cities.
      • Coordinate with regional teams and vendors to ensure timely service delivery.
      • Monitor fleet availability, driver deployment, and real-time trip tracking.
      • Manage and resolve operational escalations, delays, or vehicle breakdowns.
    • Vendor & Fleet Management:
      • Liaise with partner vendors and vehicle owners to manage supply across regions.
      • Onboard new fleet vendors and ensure compliance with service standards.
      • Conduct periodic audits of vendor performance, vehicle condition, and driver behavior.
    • Billing & Documentation:
      • Verify trip logs, duty slips, and invoices for corporate clients.
      • Coordinate with the accounts team for timely vendor payments and client billing.
      • Maintain updated documentation for vehicles, drivers, and contracts.
    • Reporting & Analysis:
      • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on vehicle utilization, client service levels, and operational metrics.
      • Analyze cost vs. revenue per trip to identify savings opportunities.
  • Sales Executive – B2B Car Rental:
    • Client Acquisition:
      • Identify and approach potential corporate clients for long-term car rental partnerships.
      • Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos.
      • Prepare and share competitive quotations and negotiate contract terms.
    • Relationship Management:
      • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and travel desk managers.
      • Serve as a single point of contact for existing clients regarding service queries, feedback, or escalations.
    • Contract Management:
      • Draft service level agreements (SLAs) in coordination with the legal and ops teams.
      • Ensure proper execution of agreements and adherence to agreed terms and timelines.
    • Sales Reporting & Targets:
      • Track individual sales performance against monthly/quarterly targets.
      • Maintain CRM entries for client communications, deal status, and follow-ups.
